AUDIO-VISUAL/TECHNOLOGY SETUPS AND SESSION MODERATORS

WHEN TO ARRIVE: Note that your A/V setup time may be 75 minutes ahead of your session. We have scheduled setup times during breaks because we have back-to-back sessions. Each room will have a VGA switcher so that the second speaker in a series can connect and test her laptop during the break. That way the opening slide can be queued up to appear immediately as the previous speaker is finishing.
