The 55th annual New Horizons in Science briefings were presented in San Francisco, California, as part of the 10th World Conference of Science Journalists. The WCSJ2017 program was an "international edition," with many science sessions proposed and organized by colleagues around the world. Co-hosts of this special presentation were the University of California, San Francisco and UC Berkeley. Details of the international science program may be found at the WCSJ2017 website.
